Founded in 1972, MEC Group steps into the 50th year of service in the field of education.
eminiscing the days when our founder, Smt. Vishalakshamma made up her mind to quit the comfort of a teacher’s life to reaching out to transform the rural girls, this is indeed a huge moment for us at MEC. The journey from a single room, single class, single teacher has grown into a multi-institution group, which imparts learning at different levels and across syllabi. We are elated that one person’s determination to bring in change has resulted in a huge transformation in the community. A transformation that has been the driving force for a better quality of life.
