Vision is a shared picture of the future. Where do you see the organization going forward? The vision needs to be described in simple words so that each and every person is able to understand it and is able to be engaged in actions and words that are consistent with the vision.
Every person in the MEC environment should be familiar with the vision statement. The leadership can create opportunities for the vision statement to be known every stakeholder, so that they in turn spread the word to the public outside. Thus, the branding of the institution can be positively affected by the vision statement of the institution.

What this Vision Statement Means
The vision statement of MEC Institutions is
“To be the Preferred School in North Bangalore.”
So, where do we see our school in the future? We see it as the preferred school of parents, students and others, in the midst several other reputed institutions.
We want that on every aspect of being an ideal institution, we should be the preferred school. This means that there can be a few important parameters of excellence. When we have a comparative view of different institutions on these parameters, MEC Institutions must figure among the top performers. This becomes the index of measurement. When we consistently perform high on such indices, excellence of the institution becomes a natural result. And equally so becomes the social standing and brand value of the institution. So, anything we do in future, let us ask: Will this make us the preferred school?
While we are specific about North Bangalore, our journey should be towards emerging as the Preferred School in Bangalore, Karnataka and India!

It has been the cherished character of the institution, derived from the founder, Late Smt. Vishalaakshamma. Every child is unique and differently talented. It is the duty of the institution to unearth that talent and that special ability and personalize learning in such a way that the individual student is able to make the best of his/her talents.
Be it studies or a hobby or a special activity, the school can and should play a role in shaping the destiny of the individual child.
Most importantly, whatever learning is imparted by the school to the student, it should be for life. So, what do the words, “for Life”mean?
- Learning is a lifelong process. This habit should be ingrained.

Values define the boundaries within which an institution will function. Today, we witness a chaotic and disorderly environment, where values and ethics are not the basis of human action and organizational leadership.
